This vigorous, high-yielding variety bears lots of medium-size, dark red berries in midsummer that are literally dripping with juice as they come off the cane. Perfect for juicing and freezing for later, the sweet, delicious raspberries are also enjoyed fresh from the garden. Before planting: soak bare–root raspberry plants’ roots in a bucket or large tub of water for one to two hours. This helps to keep the roots from drying out while you prepare the planting hole. Don’t soak roots for more than six hours.
