It has a 4X life in rebar and 40% more life in concrete than competitive full head carbide bits. The optimized design for heavy duty rotary hammers results in less carbide wear than 2 cutter means end user is more productive with each bit. No jamming when hitting rebar. Diffusion bonding technology provides stronger carbide bond for a longer lasting bit. 4X longer life in rebar versus standard SDS-Plus bit. Wear mark assures accuracy of hole diameter. Centric conical tip guides bit through concrete & provides rounder holes.
