Behlen panels are hot-dip galvanized after welding so all weld spots are completely covered, eliminating rust and corrosion at all “shear” points and joints. Hot-dipped galvanized delivers more than three times the protection of pre-galvanized rod. The addition of nearly two pounds of zinc dramatically increases the fence life, eliminates rust and reduces rod separation.
